Yes this is a free feature, so you can schedule tweets on twitter for free without paying to any software or any third party service to schedule your tweets.
This you can do in-side Twitter, with a normal account and its very easy! Let me show you the steps with screenshots.
How do I set up scheduled tweet on twitter from Computer?
Just initiate a tweet, like you are used to do it, either from the top of the window or by clicking the “Tweet” button at the left side colum. It will display a popup, where you can write your tweet. You can see a new calendar icon to schedule your tweet.
As you can see in the left screenshot, I have write my tweet and you can see the “Tweet” button with the calendar icon at the left side to schedule. If you want to publish the tweet, you can simply click on the Tweet button or if you want to schedule your tweet from computer, click on the icon.
Here you can set the date (by selecting month, day and year) and time (by selecting hour, minute and AM/PM) and click on “Confirm” button to confirm the schedule.
After you confirm your date and time for schedule the tweet, it will bring you back to the tweet and now you can see the “Schedule” button instead of “Tweet”.
how to view scheduled tweets on twitter?
Now the question is, how you can see and manage your scheduled tweets? It is very simple as create a schedule tweet. Just click to initiate a new tweet from top of your screen or “Tweet” button at the left sidebar.
Ones you have a tweet in Draft or Schedule, you will see an option at the top-right corner of your tweet window, says “Unsent Tweets”. Click on it and it will display you the tweets which are either in Drafts or Schedule. You can edit your tweet before it goes live.
