Return & Refund Policy

Because our services involve custom, ongoing work (such as SEO, AI agent development, website builds, and marketing packages), refunds are handled differently from physical products. This policy explains when refunds may be available.

If you change your mind before any work has started on your order, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment by contacting us at info@kashtbhanjandigital.com.

Once work has begun on a project or a recurring service period (e.g. a monthly SEO package), fees already incurred for work completed and resources used are non-refundable. For monthly/recurring packages, you may cancel future billing cycles at any time — the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refund is given for the current period.

The following are non-refundable once purchased or incurred: third-party costs paid on your behalf (e.g. domain names, hosting, premium plugins, ad spend, stock assets), completed deliverables that have been approved or published, and one-time services (e.g. SEO audits, reports) once delivered.

If you believe a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, where we agree the work does not meet the agreed specification, will revise it at no extra cost. Refunds for quality issues are considered on a case-by-case basis where revision is not possible.

To request a refund or cancellation, email info@kashtbhanjandigital.com with your order details and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (via Razorpay or PayPal) within 7–10 business days.

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date of the most recent revision noted below.
